James Naughton

James graduated from University College Cork with an MSc in Physiotherapy (pre-reg). He also holds a BSc Hons degree in Sport and Exercise Sciences from the University of Limerick. In March 2021, James co-founded The Fit Physios. The Fit Physios is a physiotherapy and online coaching business. The Fit Physios strive to add value to your life through high-quality customer service, led by a science-driven approach, focused on empowering individuals to self-manage their own injuries. James helps educate individuals about their injury/pain and develop therapeutic exercise programs to help kickstart the rehabilitation process. James also has experience working in orthopaedics, geriatrics and with various sporting teams. He is registered with CORU and a member of the Irish Society of Chartered Physiotherapists. Outside of his professional career, James has a keen interest in sport and fitness. He plays senior inter-county football with Limerick and with his club St. Senans.
