The Ladies Meet & Train Cross Country League kicks off in November.
Dates for the 4 races have been confirmed as follows –
Race 1: 17th November – Dunboyne AC
Race 2: 8th December – Trim AC
Race 3: 19th January – Bros Pearse
Race 4: 9th February – Abbotstown

This league is open to runners of all standards and is a great introduction to cross country for those of you who are interested in trying it out.
It’s lots of fun and most importantly there will be lots of cake! ?
Each race is 2 miles long.
Entry Fee: €20 for league/€7 per race.
6 runners per team with 4 to score.
