With only one day to go until the annual Celbridge AC 5K, we’re looking forward to what will be another exciting race. If you haven’t entered yet, but wish to do so, you can enter on Pop-Up Races by clicking HERE.
The course is a fast flat route starting around Celbridge, starting from Celbridge AC, Clane Road with chip timing provided by Pop Up Races. The race itself is set to have runners for all abilities taking to the roads, with as many as 400 runners set to start the race.
The race itself will take part at Celbridge AC, tomorrow evening, Thursday 30th August 2018 at 7.30pm. The race will have finish prizes and spot prizes on offer as well as post race refreshments you don’t want to miss it.
Well we have exactly one week to go to our 2018 Road Race and as Chairperson of the club I would like to firstly send out a huge Thank You to Frank McDonald, John Dixon, Aisling Byrne and all the Sub-committee members who stepped forward at such short notice to organise this event. Without these club members taking on this task our Road Race may not have taken place this year.
Don’t forget there are CASH PRIZES up for grabs across a range of categories in next Thursdays 5k and if you’re not in…..you can’t win! So lace up those runners and get ready to RACE!
