April 7th a good turnout on a lovely spring day

This week was our 30th Buncrana parkrun and that has contributed to this being the day of the millionth  parkrun in Ireland. Today 49 people ran, jogged and walked the course, to Porthaw and back of whom 23 were first timers and 7 recorded new Personal Bests. Representatives of 10 different clubs took part including a large group from Dublin and another group from Derry. There were also visitors from London and Edinburgh.  The event was made possible by 11 volunteers:
