Training For Missed Workouts

Wednesday night next, 29th July, there will be a short club talk aimed at post primary and senior athletes within the club. Head Coach, Paddy Doyle is facilitating this talk and it would be in everyone’s interest to come along. Some of the topics to be spoken on are fitness/training, principles of training, setting targets/goals, training programmes etc. This promises to be a great and lively discussion so please make an effort to attend. The talk will take place immediately after training on Wednesday night.
