Thurles Crokes was the venue last Sunday November 1st. Over a very fast course our teams did very good, In the Girls U10s We had two relay teams Ciara Shelly, Caitlin Shelly, Sarah Corcoran & Rebecca Danagher were in one quartet & Aoife Shelly, Jane Corcoran, Ciara Corcoran & Katelyn Flanagan were in the Second quartet both teams accounted themselves very well and went toe to toe with the other teams just finishing outside the medal placings this time round unfortunately we were 2 short for a third team but Fiona Abbott & Emma Corcoran formed a Tipperary Medley team with the other clubs from Tipp who were short a team & they ran very well. In the Boys U10 Relay event the team of Daire O’Donnell, Tom Ryan, Adam Hackett & Cillian Doran formed the 4 who finished justt outside the podium positions, Eamon Ryan was apart of the Boys U10 Tipp Medley team and ran very well. Overall our athletes gained a great deal of experience from running in this well run event and it will stand to them in future competitions.
Clothing Collection
Our next clothing collection is imminent on this very Friday and Saturday November 6th & 7th if you have any clothes you no longer need get collecting now much appreciated. Drop off points are the Moycarkey Borris Community Centre Littleton from 6:30-8:30pm on Friday and the Community Hall in Two-Mile-Borris from 10am – 12:30pm on Saturday.

Best of luck this weekend to all our athletes competing on Saturday November 7th is the GloHealth All Ireland Schools Combined Events at the AIT Arena Athlone and on Sunday November 8th is the Munster Senior & Juvenile Un-even Ages Cross Country in Beaufort Co.Kerry, Safe journeys to all.
