St Patrick’s Day

On St Patrick’s Day, despite the bitterly cold weather and fllurries of snow 11 people ran, jogged and walked the course,to Porthaw and back, of whom 3 were first timers and 3 recorded new Personal Bests. Representatives of 3 different clubs took part.

The male record is held by Martin MCGIRR who recorded a time of 17:54 on 11th November 2017 (event number 10).
The female record is held by Maire NIC AMHLAOIBH who recorded a time of 20:31 on 1st January 2018 (event number 17).
The Age Grade course record is held by Martin MCGIRR who recorded 75.70% (17:54) on 11th November 2017 (event number 10).

Buncrana parkrun started on 9th September 2017. Since then 364 participants have completed 1,092 parkruns covering a total distance of 5,460 km, including 224 new Personal Bests.
