Thurles Crokes Club News – Nov 15th

JUVENILES: The County B Cross-country championships took place the village of Galbally, Tipperary on Sunday on a pleasant day for running and on a testing and undulating course.
All members of the Boys U9 team were prominent at the head of the field early in their race and James McBrearty was unlucky to stumble while leading early on. Ronan O’Dwyer launched a committed challenge for the individual win at the finish, and he was just edged out for the win. Cillian Minogue and James McBrearty both finished strongly in 7th and 8th place. Great running and the team effort won them a silver in the team race. infolio-rg.ru

Kate Stakelum competed well in the Girls U9 race to take a top 10 place in 9th. She was well supported by Niamh Dwan & Holly Treacy. The Girls U11 race saw Clodagh Ryan running strongly throughout over 1000m distance
