The A&L Goodbody 5K Corporate Team Challenge ALG5K (formerly GT5K) returns to the iconic Docklands in Dublin on September 10th 2024 and promises to be bigger and better than ever!

The 'ALG5K' is inviting Corporate Ireland to put on their running shoes and join Ireland’s largest city centre 5k run, and join in some healthy competition with colleagues, friends and other businesses.
This year we are delighted to announce that you can once again register as part of a team, or as an individual.
ALG5K 2024 invites corporate teams, family teams, sports club teams or the individual runner to take part and compete. Teams are made up of 4 runners, with team categories for male, female and mixed. The official score for each team is determined by the recorded times of the registered team members with accurate chip timing for all participants.
All participants will receive the BRAND NEW ALG5K t-shirts, modelled above by this year's ALG5K Ambassadors.
You will also receive an ALG5K Social media image, giving you the opportunity to post on your channels, promote your involvement and if you wish, tag those you wish to challenge to compete. You can download yours from HERE.
