Garrettstown 5 Mile

Courcey AC presents Garrettstown 5 Mile Road Race! Back for 2025 (formerly Courcey AC 5 Mile) - This is a looped five mile course taking in the back roads and main roads between Ballinspittle, Garrettstown & Garrylucas beach near the Old Head of Kinsale. Starting at Garrylucas, the course takes in some fantastic scenery which includes a final mile which will have participants looking out at the Atlantic Ocean passing Garrettstown beach.

Participants must be 15 years or older on the day of the race

Single race entry €20 + booking fee

Entry non refundable/non-transferrable

Buggies / Strollers not permitted

Event capacity capped, get your entry in early

Chip Timed

This event is run under an Athletics Ireland permit/licence

This course was measured by John Quigley AIMS/World Athletics Grade A Measurer

Please note that the board of Athletics Ireland has established the requirement for all non-Athletics Ireland registered runners to purchase a One Day Licence (2 euro) during the registration process.
