Giant's Causeway Coast 64K Ultra

The Giant's Causeway Coast Marathon events on 12 September 2026 include a 64km Ultra Trail Marathon, Marathon and Half Marathon.
Event HQ and finish line is located in the quiet sea side village of Portballintrae providing the perfect location to head out onto the headlands and beyond. The course traverses the Causeway Coastal Path and takes in some of the best scenery and trail running Ireland has to offer.
The event features rugged coastal paths, cliffs, beaches, and forest trails, providing a scenic and challenging out-and-back experience for runners of all abilities, Terrain includes rocks, gravel and sand to mud, grass and seaweed.
