A shuttle bus will be provided from Glenbeigh GAA (V93 CD50) field (the finish line) so Marathon runners can park here and will be transported to the start line at Climbers Inn Glencar. Bus depart Glenbeigh GAA pitch at approx 07:10AM.

A shuttle service will operate for the 10km race also.

The event is a fundraiser to support the Glenbeigh Glencar GAA Club & Star of the Laune AC to allow them improve their facilities for members.

The course is exciting and challenging, and boasts some of the most spectacular scenery in Ireland. Make Glenbeigh your destination weekend in July!

The Marathon commences in Glencar and loops around the mountains of Glenbeigh with the finish line located at Glenbeigh Glencar GAA pitch.

The Half Marathon/10km/5km is equally as challenging and enjoyable.

Each participant receives a medal with t shirt an optional purchase.
