Join the Mountain Meitheal Fundraiser at Pier Gates, Lough Tay! This 8 km race over difficult terrain with a 400 m climb is ideal for experienced runners and summer league participants, with a 5 km short/junior course also available.

All runners must carry the above items. Final kit requirements will be confirmed on race day depending on conditions and communicated at registration. Failure to carry required kit may result in refusal of entry or disqualification. Random checks may occur.

📝 Organisers Instructions:

Primarily for runners who have completed at least 7 of 13 summer league races (summer trail races excluded)

Handicap starts published prior to the race: slowest runners start 19:00, fastest 19:30

Non-league finishers are welcome but start behind handicapped runners and are not eligible for prizes
