Event Details:
- Description: Arduous mountain race around the seven highest peaks in the Mournes
- Fitness and Experience: Entrants must have necessary fitness levels and mountain running experience
- Navigation Skills: Essential in bad weather or poor visibility
- Suitability: Not suitable for novices; minimum age of 18
- Organised Walking Event: Lagan Valley Orienteers host a walking event with a 14:00 cut-off @ Ben Crom Dam
