The event kicks off at noon on Sunday 4th October, at the University of Limerick Sports Arena. Participants of all ages will run, jog, or walk the 5 km and 10 km courses at their own pace while raising funds for personally chosen charities in Limerick, the Mid-West, and nationwide.
