📝 Organiser Instructions:
Sign-in Location: Benbulben Forest Walk Carpark
Sign-in opens at 9:00am and closes at 9:50am. Event will start at 10:00am.
Carpooling: Strongly encouraged. Please avoid parking in a way that blocks access gates or emergency vehicle routes.
The route is 5km loop trail marked with yellow and red IMRA flags and tape.
🚩 Important Details:
The race is not timed, but for safety, participants must reach the 2km point within 45 minutes, after which they will be directed to the turnaround point.
Mandatory Jacket: All runners must carry or wear a rainproof jacket throughout the race.
To reduce plastic waste, only paper cups will be provided for water. Participants are encouraged to bring their own cup or keep cup and use only one.
🔗 First-Time IMRA Participants:
All runners must be members of IMRA (€10 for the calendar year). You will receive a race number that must be worn at all IMRA events.
🚗 Carpooling:
There is an option to add your car for carpooling or to accept carpool spots.
