🏁 Route Description:
The race will take runners over gravel paths, winding single-track trails, and hilly off-road sections to the top of Union Rock. Once there, you’ll enjoy a panoramic view of County Sligo before descending the rock via a boardwalk for approximately 100m. From there, it's a 2km flat stretch over gravel to the finish!
Long Course (7.9 km): Includes the climb to Union Rock.
Short Course (6 km): Same route without the climb to Union Rock.

Start & Finish Area: Ballisodare FC Car Park, near Ballisodare, Co. Sligo.
Parking: Please park considerately as this is a public use car park. Map Link
💡 Organisers Instructions:
Registration: Opens at 11:00 and closes at 11:50.
Early Start: Available from 11:30 for runners wanting to start early.
Juniors: Must be signed in by a parent/guardian.
Carpooling: Strongly encouraged for sustainability.
