How to Watch Irish Athletes on Day Four of the European U18 Athletics Championships

The final day of the European Athletics U18 Championships has arrived in Rieti, Italy, with Ireland hoping to finish the championships on another high after an outstanding Saturday that yielded two silver medals.

Lucie Cawley claimed a superb silver medal in the women's 2000m steeplechase, while Emma Hickey followed with another silver in the women's 1500m to take Ireland's medal tally to two. Attention now turns to the final day of competition, where several more Irish athletes will be aiming to end the championships on a positive note and, potentially, add to Ireland's medal haul. Among those in action are Charlie O'Neill in the men's 1500m final, Elle Kate McRae in the women's 400m hurdles final, Leah O'Gara in the women's 5000m race walk final, Freya Renton and Ava Colreavy in the women's 3000m final, along with both Irish sprint medley relay teams.
