Live Athletics Saturday: Every Irish Athlete You Can Watch Online

There is a quieter feel to this weekend's athletics calendar, with the European Championships now less than two weeks away and last weekend's Athletics Ireland National Championships still fresh in the memory. Even so, there is still plenty of Irish interest, particularly at the final outdoor edition of the IFAM meeting in Oordegem, Belgium.
A strong Irish contingent is spread across the programme, including Tipperary sprinter Katie Bergin, Irish 400m champion Jack Raftery, national steeplechase champion Finley Daly, middle distance athletes Zoe Toland and Laura Nicholson, along with distance runners Danielle Donegan and Cormac Dalton. Those are just some of the Irish names on the provisional start lists, with many more entered throughout the day. If you want the full picture, head to the start lists and search for "Ireland".
One thing to bear in mind is that IFAM entries are often subject to late withdrawals, so the start lists can change throughout the day. If you are following a particular athlete, it is worth checking back before their scheduled race. The meeting will also be streamed live for €6, with the fee helping the local production team cover production costs.
Attention then turns to Glasgow this evening, where Nick Griggs and Callum Morgan will represent Northern Ireland in the Commonwealth Games men's 5000m final. After a memorable week that included para athlete James Turner claiming gold, Ireland will be hoping for another memorable performance on the track tonight. Unfortunately that race will be paywalled also, but we do have result links below to follow the action.
