World Mountain & Trail Running Champs Day Four: Irish in Action, Start Times & How to Watch

It’s Day 4, the final day of the World Mountain & Trail Running Championships and the focus shifts to the Classic U20 race, 8 km with 397 m of climbing. Ireland’s young talent will be out early, ready to test themselves on the rugged Canfranc trails.
