This week's guest on Episode 10 of the Run Republic Podcast is Eoin Everard. Along with being a chartered physio and Sports Pilates instructor with a PhD in Human Movement. Eoin is a top-level runner whose achievements include a sub-4-minute mile, Sub 14 minute 5K, and sub 30 minute 10K. He is also a European O35 3000m champion and has represented Ireland at multiple distances up to 10K. We spoke about Eoin’s impressive running CV while also discussing sports pilates, injury prevention, the most effective training methods for 5k up to Marathon distance, and lots more.
