Welcome back to Republic of Wanderlust! After our adventure in New Zealand of the Wellington Marathon, we’re heading to the vibrant streets of Mexico City for a race that blends urban energy with deep cultural heritage.
It’s the Mexico City Marathon, set to take place on 31 August 2025. This event offers runners the unique opportunity to traverse one of the world's largest and most dynamic cities, experiencing its history and modernity with every stride.

- Distance: 42.195 km (Marathon)
- Course Profile: Runners will embark from the historic grounds of the University Olympic Stadium, journeying through the city's main avenues. The course offers a mix of flat stretches and challenging inclines, especially between kilometers 10 and 25, with a total elevation gain of approximately 187 meters.
