Race can be solo or with a crew
Support runners: Allowed from Glendalough onwards under specific rules

CP1 (26 km): The Dying Cow – Disposable food drop bag only
CP2 (50 km): Mucklagh – Drop bag returned to finish
CP3 (66 km): Glenmalure Lodge – Disposable drop bag
CP4 (80 km): Glendalough Visitor Centre – Food & shoe/clothes drop
CP5 (105 km): Crone Woods – Disposable drop bag
Finish (127 km): Marlay Park – Dry clothing
