Corporate bragging rights are on the line and this time, it’s not about who can out-email who. The 360 Employee Wellness Relay takes place on Wednesday 9th October at 6:30pm, promising an evening of fresh air, fast legs, and team bonding that doesn’t involve a sad tray of sandwiches in a boardroom.
Set in East Point Business Campus, this four-person, chip-timed relay takes teams on a scenic 5K loop through the campus and out along Clontarf Promenade, with baton handovers happening in a dedicated zone (so no chaotic tagging chaos here). It’s all part of a bigger wellness push, the event ties in with World Mental Health Day the very next day.
What makes it different?
This isn’t just another midweek run with a banana at the end. It’s designed for fun, movement, and workplace wellbeing and it’s open to walkers and runners alike. Each team of four will receive individual leg times, and there’s a timed baton handoff to keep things official.
The event follows the “7 Pillars of Relay Wellness” from Nutrition and Movement to Mindset and Nature with workshops before and after the race, a buzzing Wellness Expo, DJ sets, and even shuttle buses to and from Dart stations.

So what’s the vibe?
This one’s less about the stopwatch and more about the team experience. “The 360 Employee Wellness Relay is an opportunity to do something special with your work colleagues this year,” says event organiser Eoin Ryan. “It’s a fast, flat course, a lovely route, with East Point being like the botanical gardens of business parks.”
It’s not every race where you can follow a 5K with a workshop and a wellness expo both within 200 metres.
