Day Three - Euro U23 Champs: Irish Athlete Start Times & How to Watch

Day 3 of the European U23 Championships takes place today, Saturday 19th July, in Bergen, Norway. and after a brilliant evening yesterday, Irish hopes are high once again.

For those who didn't tune in yesterday, Anika Thompson stormed to gold in the women’s 10,000m, while Nicola Tuthill delivered on expectations with silver in the hammer throw, securing Ireland’s first medals of the week in style.

Five more Irish athletes are confirmed to compete today, with four of them in finals. Can Ireland add to its growing medal haul?
