There is another busy day ahead for Irish athletics fans, with internationals competing across Europe and plenty of opportunities to watch the action live.
The biggest concentration of Irish athletes comes at the latest Stratford Speed GP meeting, a fixture that has built a reputation as one of the quickest sprint meetings of the summer. The track has already produced Israel Olatunde's Irish 100m record and continues to be a popular destination for athletes chasing personal bests and championship qualifying standards.
Among those in action are Sarah Leahy, Ciara Neville and Molly Scott. Neville returns to Stratford after setting a personal best at the venue earlier in the summer and arrives in outstanding form after lowering that mark again earlier this week. She will be aiming to edge another step closer to the European Championships automatic qualifying standard. Scott, meanwhile, continues her return to competition after opening her season in Germany a few weeks ago and has been steadily building momentum with each race.
Elsewhere, Maddie Mooney is back in Finland for the second time this week after an impressive victory over 1500m on Wednesday, while Daena Kealy competes in the International High Jump Meet in the Netherlands.
