5K Odd Sock Fun Run/Walk in aid of Aware

5KM Odd Sock Fun Run/Walk in aid of Aware - whichever you prefer! held in Blackwater, Enniscorthy, Wexford.
Proceeds go to Aware, a charity dedicated to breaking the stigma on mental health and offering support services to people impacted by depression and bipolar disorder.
This run/walk is about creating a safe space, to talk, to listen, and to be there for one another as a community.
The event challenges mental health stigma head on, especially around men’s mental health, where 2 out of 3 suicides are male. Too many people are struggling quietly. Too many feel they have to carry it alone.
On Saturday, April 18th, we run/walk for the conversations we cannot afford to ignore.
There is a 5km fun run/walk untimed for individuals (buggies and dogs allowed).
There will be prizes for 1st place male, female and for the most flamboyant socks!!
