We will help run your first 5 Mile, or help you achieve a personal best time with our expert training advice.
A free 5 week training plan, building on from the 5K plan, will be issued on May 19th so make sure to sign up in advance!
Free postage (within Ireland & Northern Ireland) of Bib Number & T-shirt before 12th June 2025. Collection on Race Day for Entries made on the 12th June onwards.
This event incorporates the National 5 Mile Championships. Entries available until Friday 27th June or when the event reaches capacity, whichever comes first
