We will help run your first 5 Mile, or help you achieve a personal best time with our expert training advice.
A free 5 week training plan will be issued on May 20th so make sure to sign up in advance!
This event incorporates the National 5M Championships. Entries available until Thursday 20th June or when the event reaches capacity, whichever comes first
Please note non-Athletics Ireland Members will require a One Day Licence to take part in this event. This can be added during registration.
Race start time 9.00am on June 23rd.
