Build for the Boys Family 5K

The annual Build for the Boys Family 5K returns to Phoenix Park, Dublin on 25 April 2026.
This event is part of an ongoing fundraising campaign to build a future for Conor (Age 8) & Dean (age 7) – two young Lucan brothers who were diagnosed in recent years with Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy – a rare, muscle wasting, degenerative condition that has no cure.
The event includes a competitive chip-timed 5km race, followed by a family fun 5km lap and live music and entertainment.
Every euro raised will help to build a future for Conor and Dean. A future in which we will make every effort to ensure that this life-limiting condition does not limit their dignity and their joy for living.
