The Carlingford 5K on 7 August 2026 is a scenic, evening road race set in the breathtaking village of Carlingford, Co. Louth.
The popular race is held on one of Ireland’s fastest, flattest 5km courses. There are also Juvenile Races held earlier in the evening.
