Race 1 (over 25 mins)
Race 2 (22 min to 25 min)
Race 3 (20 min to 22 min)
Race 4 (17 min to 20 min)
Race 5 (17 mins or under)
Entrants choose which group they want to run in, each race is timed and is run entirely on the track (12.5 laps).
