Route Notes:

Senior: 14.5 km, technical trail with fire-track, forest-track, single-track, mud, puddles, riverbed, rocks, and roots

Junior: Two 2.5 km loops around Carrigfoyle Lake on gravel paths

Trail can be wet and muddy in places

Respect public paths, follow marshals at road crossings
