Entry fee: €7 (seniors) / €5 (over 65s & under 18s)
Entries open: Sunday 6th September 2026, 18:00
Entries close: Wednesday 30th September 2026, 18:00

Mandatory Kit (Level C – Advanced)
All runners must bring:
Waterproof jacket with integrated hood & taped seams
Hat or buff
Gloves
Whistle
Charged mobile phone with emergency number
Foil blanket, bivvy bag or equivalent
Waterproof full leg cover
Means to carry minimum 500ml water
Emergency food
Map of route/area
Compass
Final kit to be carried confirmed on race day at registration. Random checks. Failure to have required items may lead to refusal or disqualification.
Schedule & Logistics
Registration: 09:00 – 09:45 at King's Yard
Parking: King's Yard – €3 (honesty box in farmyard)
Cut-off: 14:00 at aid station (approx. 13km)
Facilities at finish: Refreshments, toilets, coin-operated showers

Google Maps: Search "King's Yard, Kilbehenny" (not London!)
Directions: Head towards Mitchelstown, take R369 towards Kilbehenny, follow brown signs for King's Yard.
