All runners must carry the above items. Final kit requirements will be confirmed on race day depending on conditions and advised at registration. Failure to carry required kit may result in refusal of entry or disqualification. Random checks may occur.

Start and parking at Aherlow GAA Club – please follow stewards’ instructions.

Registration at Aherlow Community Centre
Parking in the field behind the GAA pitch (do not drive on the pitch)
Showers and toilets available in GAA dressing rooms
Refreshments after the race (tea, coffee, sandwiches & sweet treats)
T-shirts for the first 150 entries only – collect at registration
3 water stations on the course
Two excellent campsites available locally in Aherlow
