Long course (18+ only):
A tough 11km with approx. 450m climb across bog, muck, boardwalk, forest trail, and open mountain. Grippy footwear recommended. Expect stunning moonlit views over Lough Tay… or more likely wind, mist, and horizontal rain. Cake is guaranteed.
