Mandatory Kit (Level A – Basic)

All runners must bring:

Showerproof / windproof jacket

Final kit to be carried confirmed on race day at registration. Random checks. Failure to have required items may lead to refusal or disqualification.

Compulsory Items (per Organiser's Instructions)

Trail runners

Head torch (suitable for night running – preferably head torch)

Waterproof jacket (mandatory, beyond Level A basic)

Recommended: Backup torch or spare batteries

Getting There

From N11 to Kilmacanogue

Take exit at roundabout in Kilmacanogue

Turn left onto Quill Road

Take right fork, then right onto Glencap Road

Destination: GAA grounds
