Exception (Leg 8): After the Dying Cow, detour to finish at Parkview House

Transport: Teams must arrange own logistics. Wicklow Way maps highly recommended.

8 stages, run by 2–8 runners

Each runner must carry GPS baton (waistbelt)

Car park marshal required per team

One team per official club

No shortcuts – follow signposted Wicklow Way

Support crews mandatory

Missed handover or failure to complete = β€˜non-competitive’

All team members must recce their leg

Mass start for Leg 6 if Leg 5 not reached by 13:15

Parking rules enforced – must display team contact

2 runners: Open

3 runners: Must include woman or vet

4 runners: Must include woman and vet (may be same person)

5 runners: Must include woman + vet (not same person)

6 runners: 2 women, 2 vets (may overlap)

7 runners: 2 women, 2 vets (only 1 overlap allowed)

8 runners: 2 women, 2 vets (no overlap allowed)

Juniors aged 15–17 may run Stage 3 only. No under-15s allowed.
