Fast & Scenic Course – All Runners Welcome!
Take on a speedy route featuring a flat mile along the beautiful Grand Canal. Run on closed roads through Lucan and Adamstown, with brilliant crowd support along the way.
Open to all abilities – from international and club champions to Fit4Life runners. We warmly welcome wheelchair athletes, visually impaired runners, and participants from the deaf community. To ensure a comfortable and accessible experience for all, we also provide dedicated accommodations for neurodivergent runners. If you have any questions please contact us.
