Take part in the Portumna Forest Race Series, a unique and serene running experience through the lush greenery of Portumna Forest Park. With distances to choose from being 10, Half, Full or Ultra, the event combines the challenge of endurance with the tranquility of nature.

The flat 5k loop course features tarmac roads and compact forest paths, making it ideal for a variety of distances. Whether it’s sunshine or an Irish rain shower, this race offers a spiritual running experience surrounded by nature’s beauty.

🏅 Distances and start times:

🌟 50km Ultra: 8:00 am (8-hour cut-off)
🛤️ Marathon: 9:15 am (7-hour cut-off)
🌄 Half Marathon: 10:00 am (4-hour cut-off)
🏃 10k: 9:00 am

📍 Route highlights:

All events take place on a flat 5k loop within Portumna Forest Park.
50km Ultra: 10 laps from the main car park.
Marathon: A warm-up segment to the park entrance, then 8 laps.
Half Marathon: 4 laps, starting from the park entrance.
10k: 2 laps from the main car park.
