Portumna Forest Run 5K

Join us for an exhilarating day of fitness, community, and celebration! The Powerforce Parents Association, in proud partnership with the Stephanie Power School of Irish Dance, is delighted to host a fantastic 5km walk/run and a challenging 10km run through the scenic beauty of Portumna Forest Park.

This exciting event will be chip-timed for accuracy and will feature a drinks station to keep you refreshed along the way. Afterwards, enjoy delicious refreshments and be captivated by a vibrant performance from our exceptionally talented Irish dancers — a true showcase of Irish culture and passion.

Whether you're lacing up your trainers for a gentle stroll or pushing your limits on the 10km course, everyone is welcome to join in the fun and festivities. Come along, get active, and celebrate our vibrant community in the heart of Portumna!

Medals and Awards:
Eco-friendly medals will be awarded to the first three finishers in both the 5km and 10km adult races (16 and over) — for both male and female categories. Medals will also be awarded to the first three finishers in the 15 and under 5km race for girls and boys.
