Hosted by Carryduff Running Club - a not-for-profit, community club - this race is designed to give everyone a great day out. Clubs can chase early-season form on a chip-timed course; newcomers get encouragement from start to finish; locals and community groups can make it a social run, walk or an opportunity to raise money for charity.

Expect clear signage, friendly marshals, water on course, medical cover, and a warm finish-line welcome.
