This fast and friendly road race is the perfect opportunity to chase a personal best while supporting a great local cause. Taking place on a quick, flat route that attracted strong runners last year, the event is ideal for both competitive athletes and those looking to enjoy a well-organised community run. With a target of 500 participants, the race promises a lively atmosphere, including local involvement from Piercestown National School, which is hosting the event as a fundraiser. Students and families will be out in support, adding to the community spirit on the day. Runners can look forward to excellent post-race refreshments, including free doughnuts for all finishers kindly provided by Kelly’s Bakery, alongside Clovelly on-site to refuel and relax after the run. All participants will receive a finisher’s medal, with additional prizes including €100 for the first male and female finishers, and a special Father’s Day prize for the first Dad (of a PNS student) home. Convenient parking is available near the start line, making access easy for those travelling. Whether you're aiming for a PB or simply want to support a great cause, this race offers something for everyone.
