The Wild Atlantic Ultra (WAU50) in County Mayo on 22 May 2027 is a 50 Mile ultramarathon and is considered to be one of the most scenic races in Ireland.
Based from Louisburgh, the challenging loop route takes runners through the rugged landscapes of the Wild Atlantic Way taking in Croagh Patrick, Sheefrey Pass, Tawynard Forest, Doolough Valley and Clew Bay.
