Happy St Brigid’s Day and welcome to February! Somehow we have already stumbled into spring, even if the weather is still acting like it owns the place. The evenings are stretching, the calendar is filling again, and the chat about long runs is starting to sound less like fiction.

That is February covered. Not quite spring yet, but no longer the depths of winter either. The calendar is starting to populate, training has a bit more purpose, and there is finally something to aim at beyond the long slog of base miles.
