The action rolls on this Sunday with a lighter schedule than yesterday, but still enough to keep Irish athletics fans tuned in. A handful of athletes are set to line out across Europe, with a few making appearances in events that are available to watch live online or on TV.

Here’s a quick rundown of who’s competing today, and how you can follow along:

🇫🇷 Envol Trophy Trophy, Lyon

⏰ 5:00 PM – 🏃‍♀️ Lauren Callaghan (Finn Valley AC) – Women’s Long Jump

Lauren Callaghan is on the starting list for the long jump this evening at the Envol Trophy in Lyon, in France.

🇸🇪 Diamond League

⏰ 6:00 PM – 🏃‍♀️ Rhasidat Adeleke (Tallaght AC) - Women's 400m 

Rhasidat Adeleke returns to Diamond League action for the second time in just four days, lining up in the women’s 400m once again, this time in Stockholm.

Sunday’s race will feature some familiar faces from Thursday night’s showdown in Oslo, including, Sada Williams, Amber Anning and Dutch star Lieke Klaver. Adeleke will be looking to sharpen her performance after clocking 50.42 in her season’s opener on Thursday, as she continues to build form

🇨🇦 Johnny Loaring Classic

⏰ 8:15 PM – Eric Favors (Raheny Shamrock AC) – Men’s Shot Put

Eric Favors is back in action this evening at the Johnny Loaring Classic in Canada, marking his third outing of the outdoor season.

The US-based Paris 24 Olympian will be hoping to build on his early season efforts as he gears up for rest of the summer.
