World University Games Day 3: Full Irish Schedule, Start Times & Where to Watch

It’s Day Three of athletics at the 2025 FISU World University Games in Rhein-Ruhr, Germany, and three Irish athletes are in action today.
Yesterday, Bori Akinola bowed out in the semi-finals of the 100m, but Jack Raftery impressed once again in the 400m, booking his place in tonight’s final.
Today also marks the beginning of the heptathlon for Kate O’Connor, one of Ireland’s standout combined-event athletes. She’ll take on four of the seven disciplines across the day and will be aiming to put herself firmly in medal contention. Meanwhile, Lauren Roy is set to line out in the women’s 200m heats.
