The next Dublin Mountain Backyard Ultra is on 8 May 2027 in Ballinascorney, County Dublin.
The backyard ultra is a form of ultramarathon race where competitors must consecutively run the distance of 6.706kms in less than one hour. When each lap is completed, the remaining time within the hour is used to recover and replenish for the next hour's race. The race finishes when one person completes one more lap than anyone else.
The course is a looped course in the stunning Dublin Mountains.
This event is the official Leinster BYU event.
