🏞️ Brandon Ridge Half Marathon – Dingle, Kerry (21 km) 🏅

Take on the Brandon Ridge Half Marathon in Dingle, Kerry! This extreme 21 km course features 1,260 m of ascent, including a climb up Mt Brandon, and is designed for experienced hill runners seeking a real challenge with stunning coastal and mountain views.

All runners must carry the above items. Final kit requirements will be confirmed on race day depending on conditions and advised at registration. Failure to carry required kit may result in refusal of entry or disqualification. Random checks may occur.

📍 Route Description:
The race starts at Baile Breac carpark at the foot of Mt Brandon and traverses the ridge, including a steep climb to An Géarán, the saddle of Mullach Bhéal, and a boggy trail with open vistas before descending to Connors Pass. The final 2 km follows a stony path/road to finish at Paul Geaneys Courtyard. Route Map

🚗 Getting There:
Registration at Paul Geaneys Pub courtyard (V92 W2Y3), Dingle. Park on the side of the road or nearby public carpark. Buses depart from registration at 10:15 to the start line.

Registration: 09:30–10:00 at Paul Geaneys Courtyard

Gear check at registration – ensure all mandatory kit is carried

T-shirt provided for all participants

Some course marking; navigation skills may be needed in mist/fog

Paul Geaneys Pub courtyard, Dingle Town – prizes for 1st, 2nd, 3rd male and female. Soup and sandwiches provided for all finishers.
