📍 Route Highlights:

Start at Liam Lynch trailhead, traverse northern slopes of Knockmealdowns.

Climb Sugarloaf, follow famine wall to Knockmealdown summit.

Continue to Knocknafallia, then descend to Abbey for finish.

🚌 Getting There:

Runners bused from Race HQ/Abbey to start. Registration closes 10:15 am sharp.
